I find myself continuously spinning out of control, tuning doesn't seem to do too much. I find it hard, it's probably just me.3. Your max resell is 100cr, which is worthless. I fully upgrade one of my cars (sometimes u should and sometimes you shouldn't fully upgrade base on race requirements) and it costs me about 30-40K give or take. However, after tuning I would expect that turning would be a lot easier. We continuously fall into that hole of mediocreness. I'll elaborate and also add some flaws:1.
I'm talking about the non-cement type walls. I like racing simulation games, but either this game is too real or not real enough, I have found the gameplay to be ridiculously frustrating. Tuning is just crazy in this game, but I've seen it in GT and such, but you have to be quite knowledgable in tuning to get it right. You can't sell the cars that you won. When you hit the side wall in a parallel direction, physics would probably have it that the car just slides against the wall instead of bouncing me perpendicular off it. I suppose this is a personal thing hence this is a personal review. Saving. If a fully upgraded car has problems turning a U or L shaped turn at 50-70 mph, then you got issues.
However, cars can be expensive and the upgrades maybe even more. You cannot buy a car and upgrade it and test it out and see if it's good first and if it's not reset your game and try another car. It doesn't matter to me, it's just my opinion. This is a message brought to you by me, nonrelated to this game.GAME REVIEWI've been playing this game for about a week or so. Be different, demand better.
A lot of time is wasted, imo, in just sitting around and tuning it. Once you buy the car, you're stuck with it and the consequences of buying it.2. total. So far from what I see it's cars that you win in a tourney or when you reach a certain level (every 5 lvls u get a car).
You can't change your mind. This thing has autosave, once you buy a car or buy certain upgrades, you're stuck with it if you let the autosave kick in. HeadLine Fact:90-95% of the population does not know what is good and what is bad, indeed fitting us into the saying "pearl to a swine". If you know exactly how to tune then you can get the most out of ur drive or else you'll end up like me.
This is an opinionated review about how I feel about this game. This game is well made, the graphics is nice and all, however my experience with this game has not been very pleasant. Most of us are content with stuff that is unoriginal, people don't see the higher possibility, but only see what's in front of them. I was expecting to enjoy this game a lot, however, I found it to be one of the most unpleasant, stressful, anger inducing game ever. So winning cars many times won't help you unless maybe if you plan to use them.6. Autosave just makes the game worse, I dislike it very much.5.
Whether you find this review useful or not is up to you. Now, autosave is the issue because you can't actually buy a car, test it out in the race you want, and choose whether to keep it or not. It just might happen to you too. Tuning is hard because sometimes you can't tell the difference or it's simply because you're driving bad in one race and good the next. I have played Gran Turismo 2 and 3 before and started Forza for the first time. Once you buy a car, you are stuck with it even if you hate it.
The proof is in the constant remakes and reuse of old movies, games, etc. That requires you to buy cars and upgrades. I spent 3 hours or so trying to beat the first track, partially because I didn't know about the tuning option because I was new at the time. It's like you rub your hand against your table and instead of it going across the table surface, your hand gets bounced upwards away from the table. In conclusionThis game is either a love it or really really hate it kind of game. Many of the races require a specific class of car, a specific weight requirement, model type, HP limit, etc. That is why the world is blind and that is why creativity has died.
Funky physics. What do I mean. Again with the autosaving issue. One nug means losing control, smashing into the wall, and ruining your race. Resetting is a continuously option you must choose if you play this game.4. It's not that there's anything wrong with the disc or my system.
There are many people that have succeed without knowing much about tuning, but it is frustrating imo.I have progressed so little in this game, I have played it and now I no longer want to touch it for at least a few more months. However, this was not the case. Also, you got to watch out for ur opponents accidently nugging you. It's like I'm hitting a spring and even springs shouldn't do that. I also got this game for [.].
I even started over in the other two regions just to see what cars they give you when you level up. Someone else should do a game like Gran Turismo. Which I have been saying for years. L8r T8rs. Anyways this is an awesome game. Okay I am rambling now.
This game is great. And since Sony won't publish Gran Turismo on any other systems except the play station. I knew I would love it when I bought it. Although it lacks one thing. Well I think someone stoled this idea from Gran Turismo. Always fun to watch car parts go everywhere. And hey if you are quick enough you can catch the collision in a picture.
If you have a Xbox 360, buy it. You'll be so addicted. Laughing I mean I have gotten so mad at the computer for running me off the road I have turned around and smashed every computer car. If I didn't know better I would think I was playing Gran Turismo. Oh one thing that does differ from Gran Turismo is the cars you win are only worth a 100 dollars, but who cares.
Since you can level your driver up, you should beable to have a switch to turn on death for a driver incase you crash your car so bad it kills you. Hey it lets you vent. That just means you have to go race more to get better cars. Keev
Some friends told me about the game.So i decided to buy it.Once i first started to play i was fascinated.I love how i can do anything with the cars tune up wise. And another aspect is i can trade or sell cars on xbox live.So if you like racing games that are very realistic then you should be happy with this game
The game is the best racing game on the xBox 360, but the problem is that is essentially barely improved over the previus version. In some areas, it is worse than forza 1 because the game reacts slowly to user selections in the menu. The previous version was a 5 star, first rate game for the xbox 1, but the xbox 360 could've shown much better. It barely feels like an improvement over Forza 1. It's obvious microsoft was in a hurry to put this game out. The game is still great, but not a super star anymore.
the tuning of the car is very in-depth. Forza MS2 is a great game. the customization is pretty basic, but its very cool. real driving technique is used. Overall 5 star game for a racing enthusiast like me.
